My company provides workshops and support to people who are facing redundancy. Companies who are restructuring can bring This Way in to help prepare their staff who are facing the uncertainty of a volatile job market.
My name is Jamie Cooper, my experience in internal recruitment, at some of the most successful media companies, over the past 15 years has led me to found This Way. I’m passionate about helping companies to understand and support their employees in times of uncertainty. I believe that the services we can offer you and your staff will make a genuine difference to the next step in their career.
I have previously overseen and been involved in recruitment at some of the UK leading media companies including Immediate Media and the BBC.
With my experience, This Way is in a unique position to offer guidance on how to conduct a job search, how to make your CV get noticed, how to approach an application process amongst other things. We offer a range of workshops that help individuals at risk of redundancy face the unknown with confidence .
We build self-esteem and genuinely help individuals “leave well” and grateful to their organisations for providing this support.
