A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Jane brings over 30 years experience of leadership development within large scale and global organizations including public and private sector experience.
Before setting up Sagegreen Human Resources in 2002 , Jane was UK HR Director at Glanbia plc and had previously held the positions of HR Director at Booker Foodservice and Head of HR at adidas. Throughout her career, Jane has focused on the development of leadership capability within organizations, drawing on her first degree in Education to become a European facilitator of business improvement and Total Quality Management within a large multinational organization and latterly using the skills acquired through her MSc in Human Resources to design and implement leadership and talent management strategies within a wide range of client organizations.
In addition to running Sagegreen Human Resources, Jane has also carried out non-executive roles.
