JSS HR Consultancy prides itself on its expertise and personal approach and strives for excellence it all that it does. Alot of my time is spent on site, engaging with organisations and their staff, gaining an insight into their culture and building an appreciation of the specific challenges that they face. From here, I am able to develop a close relationship with my clients and work with them to reach solutions that are tailor made for their business. I do not charge a monthly fee or tie my clients into long service contracts. Instead I charge for individual work packages and so my clients only pay for the support and advice that they receive.

Qualifications

I hold a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I also hold a Diploma in Employment Law from the Institute of Legal Executives. In addition I hold a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level A, Level B & Level B+. This qualifies me to administer the Hogan Personality Inventory, Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, BarOn EQi® & the BarOn EQi-360®. These are world class psychometric assessments that are recognised as industry standards and I use them to enhance my clients’ ability to make the right recruitment and selection decisions and to develop and coach their existing leaders. I have recently qualified to administer the Occupational Personality Questionnaire and have two complimentary administrations to offer prospective clients. The Occupational Personality Questionnaire measures aspects of behaviour crucial to performance potential, difficult to detect by other means so would be useful to you if you have any important recruitment and selection decisions to make in the near future or require some specific leadership development and coaching within your organisation.
