Summary
I have over 7 years experience working in the Third Sector in a variety of roles and currently work as the Divisional Fundraising Manager (North) with Hft a national learning disabilities charity.
Within Hft I oversee a mixture community, corporate and trust fundraising across the North. This includes working with local services, supporters, corporates and volunteer groups to lead on and develop the divisional fundraising strategy.
I am eager to engage with organisations or businesses who are interested in forming meaningful and fulfilling charitable partnerships, supporting a national learning disabilities charity who work locally across Leeds with 170+ individuals.
I also work with a number of charities in a voluntary capacity, including as a trustee and steering group member, bringing expertise around business development and fundraising.
My past work includes identifying, pursuing and mobilising new and existing opportunities to deliver services with/for individuals across West Yorkshire. Specifically in the areas of mental health, well-being and working with BAME communities through Asset Based Community Development approaches. Always working in a coproductive way, looking to involve everyone in the business development process.
