Summary
I am a qualified EFT practitioner. EFT (or tapping) is most marketed used for stress relief and it is highly effective. It is also brilliant in other ways. It can be used to work out what is blocking someone from moving forward and release the problem. Where there's a will there's EFT.
I like helping people get unstuck. People have drive and passion and ideas and find that the same things keep stopping them and no matter how much coaching they have it still feels like wading through mud. This is here EFT is genius, and like no other kind of coaching. It needs to be experienced to be believed
Expertise
I have been using EFT for 7 years. Before this I thought I knew a lot about people. Now I actually do know some stuff. I took the time to learn about myself and I think I'm like a lot of people. I have huge drive and find it very difficult to make sometimes. I know a lot of people find this.
My expertise is in listening, guiding, creating a safe space and progressing gently with love and humour.

Interests and Hobbies
My personal interests and mostly singing, parenting and self development. I also work as an engineer at a company with a strong reputation for quality of service. I love my day job and I love my hobbies too.
Parenting is a strong passion. Having done a lot of elf development I am acutely aware of the importance of allowing y daughter to be who she is and feel supported and loved and heard. Its the most important thing I will ever do.
I sing in a very successful chorus. We are a closely knit group who love to share our music.
