Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. I am an independent Counsellor and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist working accross Greater Manchester. I offer emotional support and counselling to clients over the age of twelve.
I work for both individual clients and for companies refering employees for rehabiliataion or as part of their employee assisstance programmes .
Expertise
I have worked with both children and Adults within the Health and Social care sector for the past sixteen years. I work with people experiencing a range of difficulties including Depression ,Anxiety ,Stress, Illness ,Disability ,Relationship problems ,carer responsibilties and people who have experienced a loss .
I offer a professional, warm, safe, and confidential environment. The inital consultation lasts just over an hour and provides the opportunity to meet up, ask questions to check that we are comfortable to work together.
I am also able to see clients in their own home when suitable and offer short term and long term therapy.
