I have advised businesses across a wide variety of sectors from charities to law firms, manufacturers to retailers, construction companies to restaurants.
I am an advocate of Voluntary Arrangements - a power yet underutilised capable of turning a business from loss making to profitable overnight. I do advise a number of law firms on their financial stability and dealings with their regulator given I acted as Administrator of the second largest firm to have been intervened by the industry regulator (SRA).
I also carry out a large proportion of solvent liquidations and reconstructions when not advising insolvent clients.
