100+ Employees 2013 - CurrentAs a Client/Account Manager I was expected to visit my clients from time to time to build solid relationships. I was responsible for maximising revenue streams (upselling), digital products and services.
I needed to demonstrate that I fully understand my clients` needs and their future plans in order to offer them the best digital solution. My clients were specifically `small and medium sized business` (SMB) clients that operate across a multitude of industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a customer base which will at all times be within contract terms and will demonstrate year on year growth
- Sell Telefonica`s product and service portfolio into the customer account base, which includes field visits to customers as part of the sale process
- Complete and maintain account development plans for all customers
- Manage customer relationships: creating positive relationships, setting and managing expectations, and providing best advice
