Over time, my career evolved into an Emergency Planning role, where I honed my skills in developing comprehensive Emergency Response and Business Continuity plans for NHS Acute trusts. In addition to this, I provided training across all command levels, positioning myself as the go-to subject matter expert in the event of an incident.
