Hi, I'm Krissy, certified personal trainer and small group instructor here at re:bourne fitness & nutrition.
My passion lies with helping women who are ready to make a change, but are unsure of where to begin. My philosophy is centered around helping my clients achieve a balanced lifestyle by focusing on the three pillars of overall well-being: fitness, nutrition and mindset. Together, we’ll focus on making simple shifts that can be maintained. With consistency, perseverance, and by trusting the process, I’ll help you develop new strategies, habits, and implement sustainable changes that promote long-term success.
There is so much health and fitness related information out there; ‘crash diets”, fads, and the latest trends-it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and confused. But the most effective way to create long-term success is by making habitual changes-forming new habits and doing them consistently-it’s as simple as that. There will always be quick fixes to help you drop the weight, but these ‘fixes’ will never be sustainable and will leave you stuck in the chronic dieting cycle.
I have an individualized approach to my clients. Your plans will be just as unique as you and your situation. I’ll identify what methods will work for each person and adapt my coaching to fit their goals.
