Here at Cosmo Graphis we offer document scanning solutions for your business. We are helping a number of organisations move into the digital world by bulk scanning paper documents and converting them to digital format. This can be on disc, data stick or the cloud. Making it easier to access your documents anytime, anywhere.
Currently, we work closely with NHS trusts in the North West of England, scanning over 250,000 medical records for one hospital alone. We will collect your documents, scan them, index them and securely destroy or return them to you should you want us to.
We also have large format scanning services, ideal for large scale plans, drawings and blue prints. We can scan documents up to size A0 and have done so for many architects and those in the construction industry.
Expertise
Our areas of expertise lie with document scanning and also in the pat have included micro film. We also have an expertly trained team on scanning and quality control of all documents with and OCR service also in place.
We have developed our own hosted system called CG gold.
