Hi!
I''m extrememly proud to say that i'm the Director of Bid Logic Solutions ltd.
We help small and medium sized businesses to win more work through successful bids, either by fully managing their bidding process or by providing advice and guidance on previous submissions.
My husband, Marc, has worked in the Bid Management sector for over 20 years, working on tenders of all shapes and sizes and has taught me, almost, everything he knows.
Personally, I have over 20 years of experience in the public sector, working as a civil servant in the Department of Work and Pensions. This involved managing various job centres and teams across Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire and the IoW, supporting my teams to guide their customers into employment.
During my time in DWP, I also completed many years working directly with employers to fill their vacancies and also spent some time working with a number of training providers to design and implement courses specifically created to meet our customers skills needs.

I decided to make the leap into a different sector after having my young children. Marc and I have 4 children aged between 16 & 2 so life is very busy and after having our youngest, Alfie, it felt like the right time for a big change.
I love a challenge, I enjoy meeting new people and learning different ways of working....I realise that will sound cheesy but it's all true.
