Summary
After almost 40 years working in the NHS (nurse, midwife, health visitor, senior safeguarding practitioner, reciprocal mentoring facilitator, EDI lead, coach/mentor lead and OD leadership manager I have stepped away to build my own business.
Primarily my vision is to offer a range of coaching and mentoring services to support working women to manage their work and personal lives, to transition from exhaustion to joy. I do this through individual 1:1 coaching, but also working with organisations by providing individual coaching and workshops for groups of female managers and leaders.
I bring a zest for life, a huge bag of life experience in challenges times, training and a passion for making a difference. I am a professional, compassionate, inclusive and dynamic coach and facilitator.
