SmartPA has helped me to fulfill a life-long ambition to own and manage my own business, which fully utilises and challenges my key skill set.
My business and administration experience was developed working for the multi-national FMCG company Molson Coors Brewers Ltd., where I had a number of roles in Administration, Sales Account Management, Graduate Recruitment, Project Management and finally in Learning and Development. After 24 years I took voluntary redundancy to seek a new challenge and with my organisational skills, motivation and determination I decided to become a SmartPA Partner. I am currently supporting small to medium sized companies in the Manchester and Cheshire area in a number of business sectors including law, events management and education where I am gaining respect by delivering a first class and efficient service. Building positive relationships with my clients is also important as it ensures I am able to fully understand their needs and provide a tailored solution which delivers real customer value.
