Summary
Atkinson Bailery Consultants Ltd was formed by Malcolm Bailey 13 years ago after he took early retirement from Barclays Bank. He had worked for Barclays for 37 years spending time as a manager of the Business Advisory unit; a manager of two branches and Head of Small Business in Manchester. Malcolm was the old style bank manager who needed to understand his customers business if he was to understand their financial needs.
Malcolm prefers to act as a business mentor and having assessed the business he invites the business owner up in his virtual helicopter on a regular basis, to look down on the business and the competition. This facilitates a more objective view of where the business stands and where the owner wants it to go.
