Summary
I am an experienced doctor in geriatric medicine who also has a master's degree in medical law. I conduct independent mental capacity assessments of older people for a variety of decisions including COP3 deputyship applications, LPA, testamentary capacity etc. I assess clients in their homes and remotely, covering London and the South - East predominantly but also travel further afield when requested. I take instructions from solicitors, estate planners, care homes / carers and members of the public.
