I am a Chartered Town Planner, based in Chester. I am employed by Knights plc, providing planning consultancy services as part of a growing planning team.
My past experience includes 3 years in the role of Planning Manager for a successful strategic land and development company - based in Cheshire and working across England and Wales - prior to which I headed planning policy teams at 2 different West Midlands local authorities. I therefore have a detailed understanding of planning from both a private and public sector perspective and can provide comprehensive advice on site promotion, town planning procedures, legislation and best practice.
I assemble planning applications, handle planning appeals and provide site appraisals. I have also appeared at public hearings and inquiries and development plan examinations.
