Summary

If you are choosing a coach, their personal style and 'chemistry' fit is probably more important than anything else and it's best to guage this in a personal meeting, but it's also true that the best relationships are based on shared values and I offer mine as one way to get to know me....

My personal ethics underpin and motivate my COACHING AND CONSULTING work - I believe iIn putting Values into Action in line with the principles of F M C G:

Having FUN – enjoying great relationships with clients and colleagues, working, learning and laughing together

Making MONEY – delivering real commercial value for our clients and for ourselves

Creating CHANGE – facilitating positive change for both organisations and individuals

Doing GOOD - acting with integrity, going the extra mile to help and putting back into the community through the Ayuda Foundation (formerly the Portland International Charitable Trust)

Melinda - "I would be delighted to offer my experience and insight to Companies, Directors and Business Owners across the region. I'm always happy to talk over opportunities informally and to discuss challenges. I am also interested in reciprocal partnerships with other HR professionals who may be able to benefit from my specific experience.

I also offer LIFESTYLE AND TRANSITION COACHING/COUNSELLING FOR SERIOUSLY STRESSED PEOPLE. My other business entity, ww.lifeturnaround.com offers holistic support for those at the point of meltdown. 'Checking out' of your life for a week or so can sometimes prevent a more serious crash, so if you, or a colleague for whom you are concerned. is feeling the strain and would welcome an alternative to traditional rehabilitation centres, get in touch for a confidential chat as I woudl love to help if I can."
