Summary
Michael joined LMI-UK in February 1999 after 18 years at senior management positions in the London Insurance Market. He currently assists with Company Director Leadership, training and development.
Michael has extensive experience in all aspects of business leadership including in sales and marketing, team leadership, and organisational leadership in industries that include banking and finance, insurance, media, education, engineering, IT, property, and the public sector. Top performing LMI-UK Director 2009.
Michael regularly hosts leadership events and seminars and frequently gives key note presentations on the subject of leadership at company meetings and award ceremonies.
He lives in Altrincham with his wife Alayne and five children. He is actively stiving to improve his fitness by hill walking whenever possible!
