Digital Artist in the field of games, digital and traditional, Gradated from Illustration Degree in 2005, then again in 2006 for Masters Business Enterprise Art and Design.

Worked on several projects funded by the arts council, hosted by Manchester Metropolitan University.

Work in the games industry as a porting artist, Game designer working on mobile phone games, for android. IPhone, IPad.

Currently working on self-created projects and commissions as an illustrator, game design and as an artist. Researcher working towards my M'Phill to a PhD....

My Design Philosophy
My design philosophy is based around different forms of research, related to visual language. “What is visual language”? And “How do we define visual communication?” Inspired by nature and mathematics and theories of chance, my work philosophy is based on exploring the fragmented shapes and forms of 3d visual language used through the use of technology.
My Inspiration
From M.C. Escher to the Computer Game Design, to digital artist that explore the possibilities of 3d Art and science. Exploring theories of Mathatmatics and Nature, Symmetry is something all human beings look for and seem to intuitively understand. One way to describe symmetry is to say that it is harmony or beauty of form that results from balanced proportions.
More technically, symmetry is a correspondence between different parts of an object. For a geometric object,

My Materials
The Materials I use to create my work are Photoshop, illustrator, flash and in design. I use traditional materials also, to sketch ideas and drawings scan in to the computer and redigitalize them in the above programs, they are then printed on to canvas or printed on high quality paper and framed.

The use of technology to regenerate traditional work is part of the learning and experimental practice approach to this working practice, as recently work for the last year as a porting artist for mobile games, influence the out come of new
