Summary
I’m a Chartered Marketer and qualified performance coach with extensive experience across marketing, communications, coaching and personal development.
Increasingly, my work is about people and change. I support individuals who are navigating transitions, feeling stuck, rebuilding confidence or simply trying to work out what comes next, professionally or personally. I also have a particular interest in supporting parents as they navigate the challenges of family life, changing relationships and the different stages of bringing up children.
My approach is warm, practical and grounded in real life. I draw on my experience in coaching, psychology and counselling training to help people gain clarity, understand what may be getting in their way and find a way forward that works for them.
My professional background spans financial and professional services, the public sector, SMEs and entrepreneurial businesses, giving me a broad understanding of people, organisations and working life.
I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), a qualified performance coach and hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. I am currently completing professional counselling training and an MA in Creative Writing, alongside volunteering within my local community.
