Summary
I am the Founder & CEO of CultivIQ, a UK-based governance and advisory firm supporting universities, NHS organisations, and public bodies with decision-level governance in complex, high-risk contexts.
My work focuses on situations where culture, faith, belief, identity, or emerging technologies materially affect outcomes — particularly in safeguarding, mental health, youth justice, and regulatory decision-making.
We are best known for developing the Cultural Interpreting Framework™ (CIF), a five-stage governance process that helps organisations evidence lawful, defensible reasoning under scrutiny. The framework is designed for inspection, regulatory review, and challenge-ready environments — not training or awareness alone.
Alongside my advisory work, I bring senior experience across education, faith and belief leadership, safeguarding systems, and public-sector governance, with a strong emphasis on proportionality, due regard, and audit-ready decision trails.
