Summary

With over two decades of experience in the international legal landscape, I have become a trusted advisor to businesses, guiding them within the complex intersection of technology, business and intellectual property. My ability is to simplify intricate legal issues related to cutting-edge technologies, helping companies create clear, actionable strategies that protect and maximise the value of their intellectual property in the ongoing changing digital landscape.

My expertise is grounded in a solid academic foundation. I hold a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from City, University of London, and an MBA from the International Business Management Institute in Berlin. I am pursuing a third Master’s Degree in International Intellectual Property Law at the University of London. My dedication to ongoing learning is also demonstrated by my regular participation in courses at the WIPO Academy, which allows me to stay at the forefront of global trends in intellectual property law, particularly in the realms of AI, Robotics, and Big Data.

Throughout my career, I have advised a broad spectrum of international clients, from startups to large corporations, on the complexities of structuring startup businesses with solid foundations, helping existing business restructure and intellectual property law as it pertains to AI-driven technologies, robotics, and the use of big data. My work focuses on helping companies protect their innovations, whether it’s developing patent strategies for AI algorithms, addressing IP concerns related to robotics and automation, or ensuring compliance with data protection laws in the context of big data analytics. My ability to bridge the gap between the legal, technological, and business worlds has earned me a reputation for delivering practical solutions to some of the most pressing challenges in the tech industry.

In addition to my consultancy, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge through speaking engagements and educational initiatives. I have contributed to various publications, podcasts and conferences, offering insights on business and intellectual property strategies in the age of AI, Robots and Big Data.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I'm excited to announce I have recently released my first book, The Art of Analogies in Business, How to Start a Business in Layman's Terms in January 2025. It is available for order via my website. My second business book is set to launch in 2026.
