Summary
Please let me introduce myself. I am Natallia, the Founder of Artemis Group Consulting, an innovative bilingual Business, HR, and Coaching Consultancy. Artemis Group Consulting is an independent consultancy offering local support to companies of varying sizes, from start-ups to more firmly established and mature businesses within the Northwest of England, with the ability to provide nationwide/global support for UK businesses through virtual means. We also offer our support to English speaking European businesses, and even some Eastern European organisations due to our bi-lingual capabilities as an organisation. We are able to facilitate excellent and fluent communication in the Russian language, while also having well-established skills in both written and spoken English allowing for the Company to extend their services beyond what would typically be expected of other standard HR firms.
Previous leading roles in Orphanage in Belarus and HR roles at global leisure and engineering companies provided me with experience in all aspects of human resource management and learning & development.I work personally with my clients to define the key issues affecting their business and agrees the priorities to be tackled, with recommendations and implementation of constructive solutions.
I enjoy the challenge of helping business leaders achieve success by treating employees ethically and motivating them so that the business develops a reputation as an Employer of the Choice.My mission is to help businesses of any size and in any country to become successful in getting the most out of their people and teams.
