With over 30 years’ commercial and operational experience, I support clients in shaping their business models, refining their go-to-market approach, and building plans that are realistic, fundable, and executable. My work often combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational input, helping businesses move from ideas and ambition to structured plans and workable systems.

I particularly enjoy working closely with owner-led businesses and small leadership teams, acting as a sounding board and practical advisor as they prepare for growth, investment, or change. My approach is straightforward, collaborative, and focused on building sustainable businesses rather than producing theoretical documents.

I work flexibly and can support clients remotely, in hybrid arrangements, or in person where helpful. I am available for project-based consultancy, interim support, and ongoing advisory work.
