I provide specialist valuation advice on investment properties, development schemes and company acquisitions. The nature of work is extensive, to include valuations for acquisitions, accounts, probate, insurance, loan security, options appraisals, tax and grant funding. I also undertake independent expert work for court cases and act as a receiver or advisor to administrators for distressed properties.
