Passionate about development using innovative and inspiring techniques, I am an accomplished training and personal development professional with over 12 years’ experience of working in a large fast paced organisations specifically around staff development and leadership. I love public speaking and enjoy the opportunities to connect with others, sharing my passion and encouraging others to develop.
I have designed, implemented and lead on bespoke professional development programmes , leadership frameworks and self development tools for large audiences whilst still working one to one with staff on personal development plans. As a naturally intuitive trainer I lead on the development of talent management schemes and change management programmes with excellent results.
Specialising as a coach and 360 ° feedback facilitator I cultivate positive sustainable results for both individuals and organisations. I'm trained as an Action learning Set Facilitator with experience of leading dynamic and challenging groups with diverse roles, levels and backgrounds.
I am an MBTI Practitioner status qualified since April 2015.
