E2E Integration was founded in 2011 and provides IT solutions and services to companies across the UK, Australia and America.  First and foremost, we ensure that our clients receive the best solution for their requirements and that the solution is robust, reliable, stable and fit for purpose. 

Our clients are from all sectors including small enterprises through to public sector organisations such as The Open University.  We also supported the NIHR (National Institute for Health Research) for three and a half years providing support for circa 3000 end users.  We were also the company that was tasked with decommissioning the systems, hence the reason why the contract ended.  Each company, irrelevant of size, receives the same level of care, first and foremost we establish your IT requirements, how you need IT to support your organisation and your longer-term plans.  IT is a tool to do a job, but we need to ensure we fully understand what that job is and where you want to be 5 years’ time so we can deliver a scalable solution.  From there, we ensure your solution is fit for purpose, not over-engineered, is robust, reliable and stable.  Once this has been achieved, we offer Helpdesk support.  Our Helpdesk offering is based in the UK and we provide a direct contact number and email straight to the team.  Our Technicians resolve issues in real time to minimise down time and impact to your business backed up by SLA’s so that we are accountable to you.  We pride ourselves on our resolution times as this is our benchmark of success.  Also, we operate a No Geek Speak policy, so all our clients understand us.
