Summary
I have always loved property. I bought my first one in 1999, a one-bedroom flat, which I still own, giving me an income for many years and has tripled in value since then.
My background is in Computer Sciences. I was living in the South of France at the time. Property was the vehicle I used to park my savings and prepare for retirement. Honestly, I did not know much about property investment at the time.
In 2014, I was lucky enough to come across an advanced property training in London and that changed the way I saw property.
I moved to Leeds from sunny Nice in July 2015 to do property full time.
Today I own, with my business partner, AMALIDA Property and help landlords and property investors to get the best of property.
We offer the following services:
- Guaranteed Rent: Landlords get a guaranteed, predictable and recurring income from their rental properties, Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs), that we manage.
- Full Management Lettings: Comprehensive Property management for family homes (BTLs) and HMOs.
- Property Sourcing: We search, negotiate and package property deals for our investor clients. We help during the whole process, from the selection of the deal to the completion and beyond.
- Project Management: Manage small refurbs to make sure they are done on budget, on time and within the agreed specifications.
