Personal business record includes building some of the biggest salesforces in the UK and creating a team that works together on in house and client projects.
Along the way we developed a totally new and simple approach to accelerating business gowth, proven when we created a new internet services company and sold it for $22million in just 26 months.
We followed that by building a client company from a position of loss making to substantial profit, allowing the client to sell to one of the biggest players in the industry for several million Pounds GB.
We have sold three other companies for figures beyond what was forecast and are still building future acquisition targets.
The basis of everything we do is our proven track record in improving sales figures and bottom line results, quickly.
Everything in business is a process, there is no magic wand and no truth in the rumour that if you work harder, the rewards will come. Working harder generally means creating more of what you were unhappy with in the first place. The only way to improve anything significantly is to embrace change.

Expertise
Having been a part of the same business group for the past 22 years my remit has always been driving the sales side of things.
We have had two major successes, one in creating one of the first big sales of the DotCom period, building an ISP in under two years that secured several million dial ups and was acquired by a US company for a figure far in excess of anything predicted. The other was in marketing an Ink Cartridge Recycling Machine, for which we secured a contract to place one in every branch of one of the biggest big box comanies in the US.
In the UK I was responsible for the sales development that saw four companies go to acquisition in six years and for creating a core team that has gone on to continued succes together.
My most recent venture saw a new start up (December 2010) wholesale telecoms company go to $80million turnover in 2012/2013 and last year's figures are looking better.

Smarter Solutions Inc will be one of two base companies utilised over the next three years. This is based in The Seychelles as most of it's client Bank is US and Far East, though it will have operations centres in the UK.
Current turnover is only around $40,000 per day, mainly from our PR and Communications projects but will grow as we begin to import our business consultancy clients and expand our communications networks.

1964 - 1969I was never really a model pupil, in fact I wasn't really a pupil.
I was officially in school in the sixties, but Liverpool was the centre of the universe back then and there was far too much to do to be sitting in classrooms. By the time I was thirteen I had a steady business supplying the other kids with things to spend their dinner money on, once they'd spent it, there wasn't much point in hanging around.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not against education, my Son and both daughters have degrees and very good jobs, I made sure they went to school and understood the value of education.
I just think the timing was wrong for me but I made up for it, I found mentors and soaked up everything they could teach me, I still have those mentors and I still defer to them on many issues.
Qualifications
Absolutely none, unless you include my cycling proficiency certificate.
I did sit some GCEs back in the day but left long before end of term and never went back.
Interests and Hobbies
Liverpool Fotball Club
Horse Riding (I have my horses at home and participate in Cross Country and Showjumping)
My dogs
Business forums, not on line, conference groups, where we get together and share ideas, sometimes just for lunch or dinner, sometimes for longer.
I love being with my family and friends and they take precedence over everything else except the horses and the dogs, because they can't look after themselves.
Going to the races, I don't really bet, I just love the spectacle and the atmosphere.
