I am an experienced business development professional, with more than twenty years operating in senior sales and business development roles - both domestic and international. The majority of this has been inside high growth businesses as a member of the senior management teams.

For seven years I worked for Richard Farleigh (BBC TV Dragon and technology business investor) in a customer facing business development role providing leadership, direction, guidance and mentoring in critical areas of sales and business development, for the management teams of engineering and technology businesses.

I spent three years as a business coach working with ambitious, high growth businesses as part of the highly successful NWDA High Growth Companies Programme - a forerunner of today's Growth Accelerator.

The combination of my experience working in high growth businesses and time as a business coach has been ideal preparation for this role as Growth Manager for GrowthAccelerator in the North West of England.??

I am passionate about working with businesses that have the ambition and opportunity to grow quickly, helping them to identify and overcome the barriers and challenges that are holding them back.?

My role as a Growth Manager on Merseyside is to be an ambassador for high growth and share my passion and enthusiasm for GrowthAccelerator's role in this landscape. I introduce the GrowthAccelerator service to businesses, match their specific needs with a tailored package of support, a leading business growth coach, and then help to manage their high growth journey.
