The Total Academy at Bluetraining
Our Total Academy offers young people in the Manchester area the opportunity to embark on the Professional Cookery Apprenticeship (Level 2) with the support in gaining employment in a Manchester based Restaurant, Gastro Pub or hotel.
We offer Apprenticeships at Intermediate Level (level 2) and Advanced Level (level 3), However we can offer Apprenticeships at Level 4, although this would depend on the Framework and also the Learners job role.
