I work with founder-led British SMEs who are preparing to scale but finding that the business is starting to outrun the systems holding it together. I help them build the operational integrity to grow without the wheels coming off.
I'm not a consultant who arrives with frameworks and leaves with a report. I spent 30 years inside businesses — leading operations, fixing what was broken, navigating the gaps between what founders intended and what was actually happening on the ground. I've been the person trying to hold things together from the inside. That's the perspective I bring.
