Equinox Resourcing was born to combat my frustrations against typical recruitment practices and the negative effect they can have on a company of any size, in relation to cost effectiveness, time to hire and accountability both from candidates and external recruitment consultants.
Equinox was founded to be a client led, recruitment and HR partner. Working closely with each client and offering a level of support above and beyond those of the traditional recruitment supplier relationships.
