Summary
I am a multi-faceted professional coach, mentor, skills trainer and musician in my mid-40s, based in Bromley, South East London. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach trained by the internationally acclaimed Coaches’ Training Institute (CTI). I am also a chartered accountant and tax adviser.
I work with individuals in professional services firms, especially those seeking to make the transition into a management role, by developing their confidence and their assertiveness, creativity, communication and presentation skills. As a natural introvert, I help others like me to find their true strengths and voice, giving them a greater impact in the workplace and the world at large.
I studied Economics & Political Science at the University of Birmingham and after graduation I worked for over 17 years as a tax adviser and professional trainer at three of the largest accounting firms in the UK.
When I turned 30, I took on a 12 month secondment to the training department at PricewaterhouseCoopers, when I was responsible for the development of c.100 new graduate entrants. The experience of helping them to grow into budding professionals was extremely rewarding for me and allowed me a first glimpse of my life purpose- to make a difference to the lives of others through tutoring and coaching.
I work with clients on a one-to-one basis and also run workshops and a comprehensive four month public speaking course - The Compelling Speakers' Programme.
