I am a business adviser with decades of experience, using my big-business background and expertise to help smaller companies, one-man bands and husband and wife partnerships. This is what I love doing.
What I am not is a green business school graduate trying out what they have read in books.

I will give you no-nonsense, no jargon, proper hands-on help in sorting out the actual day-to-day problems you have to overcome – staffing, recruitment, vans, stock, cashflow, customers, profit margins, suppliers, dividends, expenses, ICT, Health & Safety, and all the other things that keep you up at nights.
I will show you how to free yourself from the daily coal face grind, get your head above water to breathe and make strategic plans. We will then work together as a team to make those happen.
