25 years as a consultant in and around Project/Programme Management and PMO clients. I have a huge breadth of experience both UK and Australia, and am transitioning to a consultancy model of helping clients with their people problems related to delivery of projects/programmes/running PMOs, using my experience and innate skills. I help clients answer questions like "Why are my initiatives not delivering when I have a delivery framework in place?"
