Summary
I’m a certified coach dedicated to helping you turn chaos into clarity. I don't believe in "fixing" you because you aren't broken. Let's work with your unique brain wiring, not against it. At Neuro Thrive Coach, my goal is simple: to make a real difference in people’s lives by helping them move from overwhelm and self‑criticism to clarity, compassion, and sustainable change.
For years, it puzzled me why things that seemed “simple” for everyone else felt so exhausting and uphill for so many others. In my work and life, I could clearly see their intelligence and potential, yet they were constantly battling last‑minute scrambles, mounting to‑do lists, and the sinking feeling of always being behind.
I took a different path to many ADHD coaches. I completed an Open University degree and went on to train as a primary school teacher, where I saw first‑hand how children with ADHD were struggling in classrooms that weren’t designed for their brains. I watched well‑meaning interventions miss the mark, and I saw colleagues who likely had ADHD themselves quietly drowning under workload, procrastination, and stress.
Over time, it became crystal clear to me that the system wasn’t built for neurodivergent minds – and that blaming willpower was not only wrong, it was harmful. That’s why I shifted my focus to holistic ADHD coaching. Now, instead of trying to squeeze people into rigid systems, I work with them to create personalised, research‑informed, client‑led action plans that honour how their brain actually works.
My mission is simple: to help you stop fighting your brain and start enjoying your life.
