With over 15 years of Business Transformation Consultancy experience working with a range of Small and Medium Enterprise clients, understanding and resolving the issues they face with Information Technology in a business environment.
After working with Cable & Wireless as an internal Business Transformation Manager I focused on providing improvement initiatives through the introduction of Outsourcing, Information Technology and Business Process Re-engineering, before setting up Urban IT Solutions in 2003, successfully expanding the business to provide flexible IT support, IT project delivery and expert IT advice to a growing client base across the North West.
I believe that businesses can only progress and develop if they have the right technology and support in place, leaving our clients to concentrate on what they do best, building their own businesses.
