Bibby Financial Services are the largest independent provider of invoice finance facilities in Europe.
I work within the Corporate finance team, which was formed in November 2012 and since this time we have provided in excess of £200million in funding to large businesses in the UK.
The team’s success is borne out of our approach to understand the needs of a business before tailoring a bespoke finance solution, within the required timeframe.
We support all stages of the business life-cycle, providing working capital for business growth and transactions including: turnarounds, restructures, acquisitions, mergers and management buy-ins and buy-outs.
Being independent of any bank allows for us to create facilities which closely meet the needs of the client as opposed to strict bank style lending criteria which can be restrictive
Having been with Bibby for over 10 years I have a wealth of knowledge in a variety of business sizes and facility types. These can be structured advances requiring creative solutions or straight forward and established businesses looking for a facility with finer rates.
We work closely with a wide network of brokers and intermediaries where we deal on both a commission and reciprocal referral basis.
