Summary
I am a company and commercial lawyer specialising in advising founders and entrepreneurs across a wide range of business law matters. I am the Managing Director of Fortune Law, a boutique commercial law firm based in London which I founded in 2004.
We advise on company law, commercial contracts, employment law, IP and commercial disputes.
I began my career advising on stock market flotations and M&A. My current practice is split between transactional work and complex commercial disputes primarily between business partners.
I teach Law for Entrepreneurs on the Imperial College Executive MBA, a course I personally developed and pitched.
