Summary
With experience in both transactional and contentious matters, Shane advises clients from both the public and private sector on a vast array of real estate issues. He is involved with the estate management of high profile retailers with real estate portfolios in both Northern Ireland and England. Shane works with residential developers on their acquisition, development and onward sale of individual sites. He also works closely with clients in the telecoms sector in their acquisition, disposal and leasing of sites and equipment in Northern Ireland including bringing matters before the Lands Tribunal of Northern Ireland.
