Summary

For nearly two decades, I worked inside office environments, from entry level roles all the way up to leadership positions. I’ve lived the reality of back-to-back meetings, tight deadlines, increasing workloads and the constant pressure to perform and I’ve seen first-hand how employee health, energy and wellbeing directly impact productivity, engagement and workplace culture.

Alongside this career, one thing stayed constant: my commitment to fitness, personal development and helping people unlock their best performance. Over the years, colleagues and friends would come to me for support with their health, stress and routines and something powerful kept happening…

It became obvious: healthy employees don’t just feel better, they perform better.

That realisation sparked the creation of Fitapedia, a corporate wellbeing brand built to help organisations transform the way they support their people.

Today, I deliver workplace wellbeing workshops and digital wellbeing hubs that help organisations create healthier, more energised and more productive teams.

My flagship program: "The Health & Energy Workshop: Where Health Drives Productivity," helps employees reframe wellbeing as a tool for longevity and high performance. It’s engaging, practical and tailored for busy professionals who want clarity, energy and resilience without overhauling their entire lifestyle.

Alongside this, organisations can integrate the Fitapedia Wellbeing Hub into their intranet; a digital library of short videos, tools, templates and practical resources designed to boost employee health, focus and day-to-day performance.
