Summary
I am a partner in our Corporate team with 10+ years’ experience in the corporate sector, servicing a range of clients across the country and across a wide range of industry sectors including transport, leisure and hospitality, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing to name but a few.
My experience covers a range of corporate matters from start up advice, commercial matters such as contracts and agreements, investment projects, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance instructions. I have a hybrid background in corporate and commercial property instructions, although my focus is predominantly on the corporate side, and as such I also understand the direct link between property and corporate aspects to my instructions where the two overlap, allowing me to have a much better picture of a client’s needs where the two are interlinked such as in your case.
I have worked with large multi-national corporations, national companies and also work with SMEs, partnerships and charities on a regular basis which gives me a greater understanding of all business areas and the differing needs of each client. I do not take a one size fits all approach and aim to understand what each client's wants and needs are, and what is most important to them, to ensure the documentation and service I provide accurately fits with their expectations.
