I manage Lighthouse's Group Employee Benefit division and am responsible for the overall service delivery to the groups 350 corporate clients and over 1,000 group employee benefit schemes.
With over 20 years financial services experience I have a wide knowledge covering most aspects of financial planning. I have considerable expertise in all areas of employee benefits provision; group pensions, life assurance, income protection, medical cover, key person and shareholder protection in particular. In addition I have many years experience in complex pension planning solutions.

I spent many years as an employee benefit consultant prior to taking the role as Managing Director of the group's specialist division in this area. During this time I developed a broad knowledge of all aspects of employee benefit and corporate financial planning. In particular I gained very valuable experience of change management and employee communication requirements through corporate activity (Management Buyouts, Mergers and Acquisitions). I still directly manage a small portfolio of key clients and am involved daily in the provision of consultancy services to the groups' corporate clients as a whole. Continuing to do this means our business stays tightly focused on the issues facing our clients and on delivering timely and appropriate services to them.
