Benefitting from nearly twenty years in the legal recruitment arena I place qualified lawyers, from juniors solicitors to partners into law firms in London, the regions and internationally.
Professionally tenacious, commercially astute, discrete and highly approachable, my primarily focus has been on Partner and Senior Associate recruitment where my knowledge, advice and business planning expertise are highly respected by law firms and candidates alike. Over the years I have gained an excellent insight into the legal market as an experienced recruiter and former lawyer, offering unbiased practical advice, responding to those interested in bespoke roles and confidential consultations.
Prior to incorporating Steven Horvath & Associates Limited in 2012, I was a recruitment director at another well known, London based consultancy, joining them in 2004 and before that gained valuable experience with a regional agency.
Legal Background
Before embarking on my career in legal recruitment I enjoyed working in law itself for 20 years, more than a decade of which was spent with leading city firm Macfarlanes. The remainder was spent with a well-known regional firm in leafy Sussex, before changing tack at the end of 2002 and perusing a successful career in recruitment.
