Summary
As an Executive Coach, I work with clients across a wide range of industries and sectors to help them achieve clarity, confidence, and meaningful results. My approach is sector-agnostic and outcome-focused, fully aligned with each client’s unique goals and agenda. Every engagement is designed to ensure that clients leave with a clear understanding of how they can move forward and create sustainable impact.
I work one-to-one and in groups/teams, building strong and trusted relationships grounded in curiosity, warmth, and humour. My coaching style blends compassion with challenge, providing both guidance and the space for clients to reflect, gain perspective, and arrive at their own solutions. This balance is at the heart of what distinguishes my coaching practice.
Since April 2022, I have dedicated myself full-time to my private coaching and mentoring practice. Prior to this, I spent nearly 40 years in the financial services industry, including seven years as an executive and leadership coach within a FTSE 100 company of over 50,000 employees. In that role, I supported leaders seeking to enhance their impact, develop high-performing teams, and strengthen their teams in purposeful and sustainable ways — a mission that continues to underpin my work with clients today.
