Summary

Most established businesses are doing digital. Very few are doing it with a strategy that actually drives revenue.  I work as a Strategic Digital Growth Partner - to build the commercial strategy that makes everything a business does online coherent, purposeful, and effective.  My background is not typical for a digital consultant. I spent 19 years at the commercial sharp end of international media - as General Manager of a Dentsu International affiliate, overseeing accounts including Mastercard, Heineken, Red Bull, Mondelez, and Colgate-Palmolive. Before that, I co-founded one of Slovenia's top-three TV advertising networks and built it from zero to over £2M in annual revenue as CEO.  That foundation gives me something most digital consultants don't have: a deeply sales-driven, commercially rigorous perspective. I don't think in posts and impressions. I think in pipeline, conversion, and return on investment.  Today I work with businesses across the UK - and the Balkan region - who are ready to close the gap between the quality of what they do and how their digital presence reflects it. One recent result: a client went from zero to 17,000 Instagram followers in 10 months, in a small market, with 211% ROI.     Led the strategic transformation and growth of Cas Media — one of Slovenia's top-three TV advertising networks — over a seven-year period following its acquisition of Comedia, which I co-founded.  Represented channels including: Warner Bros Discovery, NBC Universal, Paramount, Viasat, and United Media — managing a portfolio of 20+ television channels across multiple genres.  Grew the business from zero to over £2M in annual revenue. Built and maintained partnerships with leading global media agencies and expanded direct client relationships to 50+ advertisers. Oversaw all revenue generation, budget forecasting, and financial management — consistently exceeding targets.  Designed and implemented a TV media planning and post-campaign analysis system tracking 200+ campaigns monthly — later rolled out across other United Group markets. Reported directly to the United Media board.  Led a high-performing team of 10. Full P&L responsibility, HR, compliance, and legal oversight.

Transitioned into General Manager role under new ownership to lead the next phase of growth.
