I connect sustainability suppliers with schools and multi-academy trusts that are ready to act. As founder of STAT, I lead a UK education sustainability consultancy and marketplace that helps schools carry out sustainability audits, build their Climate Action Plans, find funding and buy through compliant procurement routes. For suppliers, that means meeting schools at the point where they've identified a need, know their priorities and are looking for trusted partners to deliver.
I spent 18 years in senior financial and operational leadership in UK education, including as a School Business Manager, so I know how schools buy: the budget cycles, the compliance checks, the governance sign-off and what makes a business manager say yes. I use that insight to help suppliers present their offer in a way schools can act on, and to make sure the suppliers we feature are ones schools can trust.
My network spans school business managers, MAT leaders, trustees and the DfE sustainability policy space, giving STAT suppliers a credible route into a sector that can be hard to reach.
