- Project managed the largest sports project to date for Xbox One and Xbox 360. We gave our users a unique and dynamic experience based on the 2014 Brazil FIFA World Cup. This resulted in nearly 10 million users across seven EU countries – by far the highest performing sports content to have ever featured on the Xbox dashboard.
- Through sport-focused content, I found innovative ways of driving user interaction with the XBOX Live dashboard in numerous European regions, including: UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, France and Netherlands.
- Working with stakeholders and internal teams, I drastically improved performance levels of football themed content on the UK, German, French and Spanish dashboards, creating league specific experiences with a strong focus on highlight fixtures.
- Analysed key data to determine and improve on the performance of 1st and 3rd party content that feature on Home – this has included Games, TV & Movies, Apps and Sports content.
- Played a key part in implementing an editorial strategy to increase engagement on Home dash. Also trained other colleagues in creative editorial techniques to achieve maximum user engagement across all channels.
